GeoForge Order Terms

These terms are between you (the business named on your order or payment link) and GeoForge / Gaige Roberson (local advertising by Forge Management).

What you are buying
GeoForge is managed location advertising priced per ZIP code, per month, for one business category in each ZIP while your plan is active.

These are all-in package prices.
How you accept these terms
- Online. When you pay at checkout, on our site or through a Stripe payment link we send you, check the box that links to this page. Checking that box is your signature.
- By email. If you prefer not to pay online, sign and return the one-page order form by email, and we will invoice you.
Order terms
1. ZIP approved before you pay, ads approved before they run
Before you pay, your ZIP codes and category are checked and approved as open. That happens at checkout on our site, or by us before we send you a payment link. You pay at checkout.
After you pay, we build your territory map and ads. Nothing runs until you approve them. We revise them until you do.
2. Your category, or your money back
If a ZIP you paid for turns out to be already taken for your category, we refund that ZIP in full before a single ad runs.
3. ZIP exclusivity
While your plan is active for a ZIP and category, we will not run a GeoForge campaign for another business in that same category in that ZIP. Protection starts when the campaign activates. Until then, your ZIP and category may be held as pending so we do not sell it to another business in your trade while the hold is open.
4. Delivery make-good
If the Day-30 report shows less than 90% of your package’s planned monthly ad views, we run the shortfall the next month at no charge. This covers ad delivery only. It is not a promise of leads, calls, or sales.
5. Reports
Plain-English reports at Day 30, 60, and 90 showing what ran, where, how many people saw it, and how often.
6. Term, renewal, and cancel
Your plan runs 90 days from activation, then month to month.
To cancel, email info@forgeurfuture.com or reply to any receipt. Cancel takes effect 30 days after we receive your notice, but no earlier than the end of your first 90 days. Billing continues monthly until then.
7. Billing
Activation and month 1 are charged when you complete checkout, after your ZIP codes and category are approved. After that, we charge monthly for each active ZIP package. If you signed the order form by email instead, we invoice you.
8. No outcome guarantee
We stand behind the category refund in section 2 and the delivery make-good in section 4. Results such as calls, leads, or jobs are not guaranteed. Views and reach figures in our marketing are planning estimates, not guarantees.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give us accurate business information (name, category, ZIP codes, and contact email).
- Only provide logos, photos, trademarks, and claims that you own or have the right to use, and that are truthful.
- Understand that we may pause or refuse ads that break platform rules or advertising policies.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new orders and renewals after we give you notice by email. Your current term stays on the terms in effect when that term began, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
