What we collect

We collect what you type in, and a few technical details the site needs to run.

From you

Territory records

We keep a record of which ZIP codes and categories are open, on hold, or already taken, so we sell a category only once in a ZIP while a plan is active.

From the site itself

When you use the site, our host and the measurement tools below may record your browser type, the pages you open, and the IP address of the connection. We use that to run the site, see which pages get used, and measure any ads we run to promote GeoForge.

We do not ask for your card number. See Payments.

Payments

Checkout runs on Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe's form. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe tells us whether the payment went through, and we keep the order it belongs to (business, email, category, ZIPs, and amount).

Stripe's own policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies and pixels

The site uses cookies and similar tools so we can see which pages get visited and, where we've set it up, whether a visitor sent a form or started checkout.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still loads if you do, but measurement will be incomplete. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and limit Meta ad measurement in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Ads we run for you

Your campaign is location-targeted: we buy ads aimed at the ZIP codes on your order.

The reports we send you (Day 30, 60, and 90) show totals: what ran, where it ran, how many views it got, and how often. They don't identify the people who saw the ads.

Advertising delivery partners place the ads and send us the delivery totals behind those reports. We give them what your campaign needs: your business name, category, ZIP codes, targeting choices, and the creative you approved. We don't give them your payment details. They have their own privacy policies for the people who see ads.

Who else handles data

We use these companies to run GeoForge. They handle data only to do that job.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for other companies' own marketing.

We may disclose information if the law requires it. If we sell or reorganize the business, we'll email you before your information moves to a new owner.

How long we keep it

We keep order, setup, and email records for as long as your plan is active, and after that for as long as we need them for taxes, disputes, and the ZIP exclusivity we promised you. If you send a lead form and never order, we keep it only as long as it's useful for following up with you.

If you want something deleted sooner, email info@forgeurfuture.com. We will delete what we can. We may have to keep a copy where the law, a payment record, or an active ZIP hold requires it.

Your choices

Email info@forgeurfuture.com to:

We may ask you to confirm you are the person on the order before we change anything. Asking won't change your price. If you ask us to delete details we need to run your ads, we may not be able to keep your campaign running.

To cancel your plan, follow the cancel steps in our order terms.

Children

GeoForge is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email info@forgeurfuture.com and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will email customers on an active plan before it applies to them, and we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. The current page is the one that applies.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
